Name the target

Include the game or application, platform and exact build if you know it.

Explain what you found

Describe the file, behavior or protection that made you curious.

Add useful references

Link to public samples, documentation or earlier research where possible.

Keep private data out

Do not post credentials, account data or files you do not have permission to share.

Requests are public and submitting one does not guarantee that I will investigate it. It does give everyone one place to add findings and avoids several people asking for the same thing.
